Container supplier

I've had such a poor customer experience like this before but I feel it's important to warn future buyers. I was told I would have a quote for used containers including specified Hiab transport for an agreed price on the phonr. The quote never came so the next day (less than 24 hours) I called again and the sales person forgot to send it. But apparently by then the prices had changed. And the best price that the team could do was over $800 more than the original price. As penance, the person promised" to personally inspect the containers himself even though they live over 3 hours away from the yard where the containers would come from. First indicator of possible foul play.For whatever reason the Hiab transport was suddenly only a sideloader which was specially told would not suit the site requirements. It took days to resolve and negotiate until the Hiab was secured. Second indicator.On the day of transport I was already en route to the site

Very very happy with the before service and the installation of 2 remote controlled blinds and 1 manual blind. Product is excellent. However when 1 of the blinds failed to come down properly and I rang for help and advice, I was told they were too busy to come out. Their after-sales support is non-existant so buyer beware.

Was quite upset and Bruce was the best. Made me feel confident things would be okay. Thank you.

The guys moved a tractor for me, no dramas, called back as promised and took care with the loading and unloading. Overall a very professional and courteous service, would definitely use them again when needed.

Hubby & I made a couple of trips to Port Tamworth Containers before we decided which type of container we wanted to purchase.
