Nuevo Latino restaurant

The food is delicious and taste really like Latin food. The portion is good size.

The food is alright (Arepa is good and big portion). However, service customers need to improve dramatically. There is no one that you can talk to, We ask for water , take away box and even a bag multiple times and non of the waitress helps at all.We understand that they are busy but Waitresses attitude was terrible, We asked for the receipt and they didn’t give it to us the end, because “they don’t know how to print it”. What kind of customer service is this? Overall, It is really pricy and at the end with that service you just have a bad mood.If you want to have a successful business, you will need loyal customer and people that talk well about the restaurant. Unfortunately that won’t be the case if the service doesn’t change.

The food is amazing. I very recommend this place if you want to eat latin food. And amazing staff

Food has the authentic Venezuelan flavour, and the place's murals and floor decoration give a nice sensation of being in Venezuela.

The food was great. Very unique in Australia. We love it!I think the restaurant is new, the owner and waitresses are still getting used to how they service customers. The menu could do with photos of the food (the online ordering form).

Delicious Venezuelan food in a cute restaurant with friendly staff. Empanada y cachapas amazing. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Que rico!

We had cachapas, patacones and empanadas, everything was really good. And people was really nice.We went there a tuesday night and was completely empty, however they still took some time with the food, i guess its because they are new, they have been opened for 1 week. So overall was really good.Totally recomended.Be warned tho, there are no golfeados :( the picture is misleading.

Food quality was good , but because of the customer service bring it down the overall.Since beggning went to counter-order our food, requested the cashier we need water, waiting for long time didn't come.Had to remind them.And even as complementary dish, the lady just drop and go.didnt explain to us. what is this for, We didn't even know did they send to the wrong table? Or did we order the wrong dishes.And the worse part is, when my partner went to counter line up the queue, including him, there is another 3 customer wating at front, everyone just searching “service” people, but there is no one, we do understand lunch time is busy time, full of house, but at least eyes contact to the customer, smile, and greeting said “sorry it won't be too long” or “ sorry for the waiting, we will be back in sec”, THERE IS NONE. None of them doing this.This feedback, I wanted to pass on in person to the staff, but unfortunately they don't really look at your eyes,If you want your business successful and people go back there, here is the advice, FOH people, the staff, need to training how to communicate with customers have good customer service, that's why regular customers will go back.Not just paying, eat, and leave.
