I did my nails and pedicure here for the 1st time, Very poor service I will not recommend this place. She Did not do the pedicure properly. Poor communicationDid powder nails(S&S) with tips she didn’t even cut the nails evenly. The colours I choose and the colour she did was different. The nails were left thick and not cleaned properly. Really very disappointed.

The pedicure was a shocker: (1) I received only 1 coat of nail polish; (2) my toenails weren't filed straight, not even close; (3) no toe separator was used so the nailpolish between toes 4 and 5 was smudged; (4) the products used caused my feet and legs to itch so much that I had to quickly race home and jump in the shower; (5) after my feet and legs started to itch, I reached down and frantically washed them with water, which for some reason caused the pedicurist to smirk with amusement; (6) I had to ask for a towel to dry my wet feet and legs; (7) I had to dry my own feet and legs; (8) all the nail polish was washed off after I washed my itchy feet and legs; and (9) they charged me anyway. Worst pedicure ever, bar none.

If your looking for perfection.Lucy is an excellent and friendly nail technician. I was in Melbourne for a Wedding and look get my nails done. Highly Recommended.

Third time going there, I walked in for acrylic fill in's. The place was empty and was told she had time for me.Two more women arrived 15mins later saying they both had an appointment.My nails were then rushed and left looking bad and not worth the price I paid.My ends where drilled short and not thinned at the end, and were left thick.The shellac was messy and was missing on the sides.Flower design was smudged and messy.Bubbles and dust under the top coat.I don't think I'll ever be returning.

Happy with the final result, but probably won’t go back. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they were able to recreated it exactly, however what this business lacks is good customer service.I waited half an hour, even with an appointment, as did the lady next to me and the staff weren’t the friendliest.
