Lost a $400-worth parcel that was meant to have been delivered to Christchurch but was signed for at Hawkes Bay depot. Been waiting for 3 weeks now for any update through the retailer who seem to have difficulty getting any response from you guys. If it's not lost or stolen yet, the least you can do is communicate and provide better support. Appalling.

Owner is rude and can't be trusted

I had the worse experience false date and time repeatedly given. Waste my time waiting for never showing up truck. Had to follow up again and again.

What an amazing duo these freight/couriers are. Delivered my refrigerator on time & with expertise and masses of kindness seeing that I have a broken arm. I only recommend businesses that really deliver great customer service and this company delivers in bucket loads. Thank you very much. Appreciate you both.

I should have read the google reviews before my husband associated himself with this company. We would give -0 stars if I could. Don’t work with them.. this is a company that doesn’t like to take responsibility for their own actions. Read the reviews first.

Needed documents sent urgently from Wagga to Perth for visa purposes. Paid for next day and they decided to put it through road (even though we paid $105 for next day and the document was marked as urgent).So instead of a couple days, it took 12. Absolute scandal - it’s put us in a very difficult position where my parents will need to pay for plane tickets to leave the country and re-enter in order to not be unlawful as the paper application would have been done in time with overnight but not through road.We will be chasing for compensation.

Our first foray into having something shipped internationally - a large boat rudder from USA to Aust. We expected an industry so big no one would be interested in helping with a one off shipment by a couple who knew nothing of the logistics in making it happen. Max and his team allayed all our fears. We were supported and kept informed of everything at all points through the process. A bit stunned that such service still exists in this day and age.
