HUGE thanks to Erika for solving my shoulder injury and always talking me through each stage of the process to ensure I could manage the issue independently and get back into training ASAP. Best physio I've ever been to, and I've seen a lot! She's great with the dry needling too! Erika and the team are always friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend AllSports Physio to anyone.

Not one for reviews, but could not brush over my experience with Sam. After breaking my collarbone, I was facing a decent recovery ahead due to minimal - no range/ movement in arm. Facing this was not only challenging physically, though also mentally. After a couple of session with Sam, any doubts or concerns were soon gone. Really informative and supportive physio. Would highly recommend Sam.

The Physio's and Massage Therapists are extremely professional and caring. I like the hands-on" approach that they have and the followup of a home care program to keep you on the right track with getting better. I have seen both Andy and Lauren for physiotherapy treatment and both are excellent at what they do."

Wanted to take the time to share a positive review for physiotherapist Jacob Sanderson! He's excellent. I worked with him over the years on a few issues and he was always friendly and fun to work with, which helps when you're stressing about an injury. He was also very knowledgeable and always had insight into what was wrong and how to fix it.With his help I've worked through wrist pain and knee pain, and happy to say I'm back into the gym doing pushups and lunges with little to no issue. He also helped my partner too. So, highly recommended!

Massive shout out to Jordan Haswell, Remedial Massage for pre-natal massages which helped me stay active, pain free and feeling great during my pregnancy. Jordan and the team are always friendly and helpful. I had a a great pregnancy and credit Jordan's skills with helping me achieve that. I now look forward to Jordan's help with post natal support. I’ve been going to Allsports to see Lauren for individual appointments and group Pilates for nearly a year now. I have a long term injury that they have helped me manage so well, at times I wonder what I would have done without them! Lauren is an excellent physio, and really kind, I always look forward to seeing her. The reception staff are extremely helpful too, they always make me feel welcome and make rearranging appointments so easy. I would definitely recommend Allsports without a question!

Tricky road side entrance to find the premises. Staff lovely and accommodating. I still have a injury issue but hey, I'm old. Still working on things though.
