Apex Park
Has a good playground on it, good amount of seating yet nice open space. Ample shading trees to keep out of the sun or sit under and an information board in the corner to give you the heads up about the town. The clock was an interesting architectural feature and the place has some nice hedges neatly trimmed to perfection.

Prince Alfred Square
Nice place for walking your dog or getting some exercise as you make your way around the square and view the Anzac memorial, gazebo with no seats ,there is a couple of historic churches and is great for photography of the surrounding building skyline and plenty of restaurants and cafes around to pick from.

Riverbend Park
This was a wonderful park that caters for all ages! Huge with bbq facilities and good toilets your family could easily spend the whole day there! Make sure u take jackets tho as it gets pretty chilly with the wind off the river. Kiddo loved it!

Alexander Clark Park, Loganholme
Great place to take your family for the day, plenty of space to play footy or Frisbee, at least three playgrounds for the kids, BBQ areas and tables to enjoy your lunch and a nice walking route, dog park so your pet can mingle, also go fishing on the river. Awesome park
