I know it was near the end of shift, but the attitude at the service desk after I asked if I could access JB Commercial pricing (which I have done before multiple times) was pretty poor. Was told no. Then a store person popped their head through asking if there was more to the question... She was told no by the cashier, even though I would have love to enquire more.I understand everyone has bad days, but it cost me $20 on my purchase.

I have only ever had really good experiences at the Elizabeth store. Sometimes it can be hard to get an assistant to help, but otherwise very happy.

Had to buy my daughter a new mobile phone. Male staff member was exceptionally knowledgeable practical and understood my needs. Great experience today.

A decent store with friendly staff and an easy to navigate layout. The store is a bit on the smaller side compared to others and doesn't seem to carry as much, although if you ask staff they are incredibly helpful and can source things for you.

Pretty disappointing really. Stood for 10 minutes near the sound bars. Seriously wanted to buy one. Just needed a bit of information. No one came near me. Asked a couple of guys and was told to ask someone else. Left without a purchase.

Bit un jbhifi, without being rush time, I had to look for someone personally to get served though was standing long time in a spot to get spotted, asked,served etc.

I'd assume that when you put a tag in the wrong spot you'd either1) pull it down and say sorry2) if really nice offer the discount on the product you put the wrong ticket in front of.Not laugh at the customer for calling this false advertising.
