My Games Room
I cannot overstate how helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional the guys were at MGR. I brought an item which didn't work on my arcade machine (my fault) and they were not only kind enough to accept the item back with a full refund excluding postage. They taken over an hour over the phone to explain and help me with what I needed, even without making a purchase or offer any business. Other websites I have tried rarely return an email, let alone provide such help. Definitely shop here. Give these guys a chance. You wont be disappointed.

We have a pinball that hadn't worked for about 25 years. John came over, looked at it, gave us as assessment on what needed repair & cost. He repaired numerous major things, converted it away from needing batteries, put in LED lights. Did a fantastic job. Our machine looks brand new. Can highly recommend John,he knows his trade & is honest.

When I contacted Michael, he was patient and answered every question that I had. He sourced the specific machine and contacted me to confirm he had found the exact machine I wanted. (second hand) He reconditioned the machine to a 5 star standard and my cave is now the envy of my mates & their kids (can't get rid of them)

We had our son’s 9th birthday party there today. 3 hour lock in and booked the party room which was excellent value for money and made for a very easy, stress free party. Lots of different gaming options, very friendly customer service. Kids and adults had such a great time. Thank you! Would highly recommend :)
