Fonedeals - Vodafone Shop Rockdale

Visited Rockdale on 14 January 2023 and happened to buy a $2 Voda sim card from this store.The customer service had repeatedly offered to activate the simcard which I rejected because I don't need to use it in that week and explained that I can activate it myself.During the purchase, I clearly showed my physical phone that need a nano simcard, but was given a full sized and micro sim card.Moreover, the sim card that they sold is an expired sim card. It has not even been 1 month since initial purchase. Attached photos for reference.

Really appreciated brother. Have visited this shop to fix my water damage phn.Was fixed in couple of hrs. Know the later consequences but was explained to me throughly which was true fact for water damage phn. Honestly is the thing i found from the them and great customer service.

It was 2 weeks ago i went there to get new phone on plan as my old plan was fully paid by that time. I had a 1.5 year VISA left and i asked them to make a plan for 2 years and that guy checked(drama) and said i cannot take 2 year i need to go 1 year gave me unwanted reason like rules from vodafone and i said ok i will go with 1 year had no choice then he said come back after 30 mins i need to check credit score and other things.So, on that 30 mins i went outside and was still not convienced of 1 year plan and decided to quick check in kogarah vodafone and they said i can even go 3 year plan and i immediately cancelled my process for 1 year plan.There is alway a reason why a international student choose to buy on plan and i had couple of bad experience there but this one was worst.Also he tried to dodge me when i double asked about 2 year plaan.They have background n knows how to do businessby smashing other .
