Came in to purchase a washer, dryer and a Fridge. After 40mins waiting for the whitegoods sales rep who was selling a laptop ended up walking out and going to Harvey Norman.Severely understaffed. Well done Harvey walk in and served within 5 minutes. $6k spent well at Harvey. I am amazed no one else had knowledge of whitegoods at JB only one person.

I recently went to Shellharbour jbhifi and i was absolutely blow away with the serves i was having a difficult time trying to find the right item. An employee named Tyson came over and helped me. He was very helpful and clear and really took his time with me.i told him the budget i had and took me right where I needed.He told me what was good and not the best. This store has great customer servers and great employees. Thank you very much

Very impressed with the diverse team of characters who never seem fatigued by the never ending hordes of customers.Despite my obvious technical ineptitude and below-novice level articulation when asking questions, somehow the staff have successfully matched their products to my requirements.Special thanks to Liam for his stand out service (even though I turned up at closing time) when organising the warranty repair on my dodgy vacuum.

I arrived late in the day to pick up a previously ordered tv, so the shop wasn't as busy as it would normally be. The plentiful number of staff were all very helpful and attentive and supportive and offered genuine and technically sound assistance in the purchase choices I was making for extra items I added, as well as fully checking the tv before giving delivery to me. Quite often the store seems under staffed on other times I've been there but once you get a staff member they do actually do concentrate on you as a customer and not rush you in your decision making. Nathan was very helpful a few days earlier when I'd made the tv purchase and various other items.I've made many purchases at this store over many years and support is first class. Thanks you.

I was interested in purchasing a current generation of Apple airpods. Found a store member, who took me directly to where the product was kept and on display. The stock was available but the store member also recommended and offered an extended care plan. I normally purchase an extended care plan on expensive products but it was nice for the store member to offer it for my consideration without asking for it. There was no pressure. His retail sales conduct was excellent and made me feel important as a buyer. Well done! My product was taken to the sales counter where I concluded my purchase. The sales person at the counter was pleasant and helpful. The transaction was easy. Will definitely return to this store!

Knowledgeable, engaging, helpful staff and range of products is wonderful. The security guy at the exit of the store made me feel uncomfortable.
