Great boutique with knowledgeable owner

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Horrible customer service. I bought a dress from their website that showed it was available. After I had purchased it, they reached out and said they didn’t have the size I ordered. They only offered me the option to try another colour, no refund or exchange was offered. I tried the other colour and was not happy with it on me. I asked if I could exchange the dress or have a refund as I did not want it originally. They then said they do not offer exchange or refunds on that particular dress. Now I’m stuck with a dress in a colour I do not want and that I paid for in full. They have horrible customer service and eventually ignored my messages. I was polite during the whole process and expected way better service from as I did not make a fuss about the dress not being in stock as it originally has showed that it was. They argued that it was not misleading which obviously it was, as I would not have been able to select that option if it was unavailable?Horrible service and staff. 0 stars.

I couldn't agree more Angelina Tannous. There seems to be a common theme here with this company and one to make future consumers aware of. The unprofessional act of misleading that I have experienced has been appalling and extremely unethical. I was even hung up on by the owner when discussing the situation.I have taken it further to the ACCC for a number of misleading factors and thankfully have the written evidence from myself and the owner to support this. If you do too Angelina, please fight for what is right. My dress was purchased as available from the website, with no changes to colour etc. Unfortunately I feel we are not the only consumers who have encountered what seems to be a shady transaction.It shows a true reflection of a company who come back fighting after a critical review - it resembles a sense of guilt.This company doesn't seem to operate genuinely like other online boutique stores and I truly hope I can make any future consumers aware to beware of the changes that come about post purchase.

There is a great range of lingerie, casual, cocktail and formal wear here and the lady who works there is very friendly and helpful.

I recently purchased a cocktail dress, after two visits with various staff members. Couldn’t fault the helpful and honest service. Very grateful to have such a high caliber store in Gladstone….especially the selection of sizes, high end clothes and professional service. Thanks!!
