Enter this shop looking for basmati rice (not available) and discovered the most amazing range of Latin products (Mexican and Colombian). Dried spices (guasca, ajiaco mix), sauces, packaged sweets, frozen products (patacón, papa criolla, pan de bono..., Arepas, queso doble crema) Check the photo for Mexican products. Very friendly staff too.

Phenomenal customer service and outstanding products! My order was delivered much quicker than expected and was given a complimentary sauce as well! Along with being the best tasting tortillas I've ever had, they were very gracious in answering my questions around storage, shelf life and preparation. As has been mentioned in other reviews, they go above and beyond for their customers.

Fast shipping but the shop replaced some of the products in my order and the products are different from what I needed exactly. I wasn't asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. No proper receipt given in online orders too. I have sent a message to the shop but have not gotten any response.

Oh yeah, this is the place for all your spicy fantasies. Buy online but make sure you at least visit this excellent store once in your lifetime. The very cool dude behind the counter has a wealth of knowledge about everything Chile. Very interesting.
