Worst Rebel I've ever been to. Came in about midday knowing exactly what shoes I wanted but waited for 35 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. The girl with the earpiece and dirty shoes just walked around in circles looking important but doing absolutely nothing. Another girl whose name I noted as Emily just wasted time talking to people about podiatrists and her playing basket ball and not having the correct shoes so now she has foot problems with no real sale looking like it was ever going to happen. Absolutely terrible. Customers are not important to them. Don't rely on them to look after you. They wont.

I encountered such a great team at Rebel Eastland today. Everyone was so attentive and friendly and helpful, even though the store was busy. I can't praise the team at the footwear section enough! Highly recommended if you are looking for amazing customer service with great products at good prices! Well done everyone and keep up the great work!

This is such a big Rebel!There is so much to offer here. Plenty of stock as can be seen in the photos below.Really friendly staff that are always willing to help out.Store itself is kept in very good order, looking very neat and tidy.If you ever need anything related to sport, I would defiantly recommend stopping in here, as I'm sure you will successfully find what you are looking for or at least a variation of what you are looking for.

Lost me forever,. Asked to price match an item and because the other store didn't have the exact size they wouldn't price match. Another AFL store had the item so I did go there an make the purchase. Now you've missed out on the additional items I was going to buy and any future purchases. I'll let family and friends know of my experience too.

This 0 star review is solely due to Shona. I witnessed this staff member speaking to other staff members in a condescending and inappropriate manner. I asked for an item which she had to phone another store for and was extremely rude to the person at the other store only to discover that she actually had the item in stock in the store. She wasted my time, another person's time due to her incompetence and laziness. If she didn't spend her time being so rude, she could actually be helpful because that should be the basis of customer service.

Absolutely amazing service from Jay (The god of shoes) tonight! She gave great and helpful advice, and helped me pick the right shoe. I spent far too long trying to choose a pair football boots and her help was a godsend! I definitely recommend going to this store and talking to jay if you need new shoes. :)

Have purchased several trainers over last few years. Today went in and ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes. Asked whether there is a discount and was not even considered, athletes foot give 40 dollar of next purchase per pair of shoes.

Exceptional service from Tayla at Eastland today. We were returning goods, she went out of her way to help locate our receipt in the system, was very professional, courteous and friendly. Didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all which can sometimes be the case with returns, thank you Tayla!

Had some problems with a pair of shoe and they swap them over for a new pair without question. I didn't had similar issues 2 months later and they refunded my purchase. Easy and friendly experience
