Great sevice by the girls explained everything.The delievery was a completely different story. I had paid for my fridge to be delievered and unboxed at the shop.One guy, in a van(yes my brand new fridge was on its side in a van!!) Trying to deliver a 128kg fridge turned up.I had to help him with it into my house, then he had the balls to ask me for an extra $50 for unpacking of the fridge.

Awesome friendly service, always willing to help out. Recommended for any phone service needs and repairs. Also sells Appliances at a great price.

The most appalling customer service I have ever received. We have been without a working electric cooktop for over 2 months now in our brand new home. I’ve sent countless emails and left voicemails but I’ve never received a phone call back or an email with an update without me emailing first. I’m lucky to just get an email back from someone. I was told by the “customer service manger” that the stove was delivered and she was “contacting the service agent now”, the next business day I was told by someone else that they were still waiting for the stove to be delivered! I emailed them a formal complaint letter, didn’t even get a reply other than an automated email saying they received the email! I’ve just submitted a formal complaint with Fair Trading, hopefully they’ll be able to do something to help us. Our experience has been an absolute joke!

Really bad QC, my brand new dishwasher broken and leaks in 3 mth, and it’s only because of a plastic part broken, and I have to wait for 10days for the spear part to come in and just a part that I need to put it back by myself, if I had any other chance to make another decision for my dishwasher, I will never ever choose Ilve any any more! Super disappointed.

I purchased a bar fridge that costs me $499 ,3 months ago with 1 year warranty . Fridge temperature has been 13-14 degree now, i went to shop to describe the issue.The man looks like owner of the shop had a very bad attitude.He never listened to my issues- probably he was just ready to argue or fight . I did not let me explain the thing and said ,”I CANNOT REFUND”. I never asked for the refund i was trying to explain the issue .When again i tried to explain, he was so arrogant and said , Why do you even comeTo the shop , go away”!I can he even run the business with this bad arrogant rude attitude.I could have given zero stars if there would have been an option.

Very pleasant experience with Nava electronics. Everyone is very helpful and understands the need to recommend the quality products. I have bought freeze and Washing machine, and both are working well without any problems.
