Swan Reach Caravan Park

Under new management, as of September 22, and being renivated, large sites, grassed area, management very friendly . The better road to loxton via Swan reach, lovely town great meals at pub.Will come back to see the progress.

Grassy sites, amenities are old, but are clean. Shower cubicle is very roomy. Had a great shower, hot and good pressure.

Great little park.Family and I stayed for a week and loved every minute. Great service and the new owners were fantastic.Get behind it as things are changing. We will be back again

My husband and I will never stay at this park again. It was dirty and disgusting, we had spiders all over our bed and that was enough for us to leave . We paid when we got there but when we left we ask for a refund and he said, bad luck you paid . He was also so drunk that he could barely stand and the office was still open. The one star was even to much to give. Totally disgusted

Nice quiet park right next to the murray and a reserve with beach and bbq. Grassy sites, clean amenities and friendly staff. Nice plants and birdlife around the park too, I enjoyed my stay here.

Under new ownership, you must give this a go the service was top notch, facilities yes are old but are being upgraded and site is getting a complete make over. Small clean park with a lot of potential. Lots to do in the area. Look forward to visiting again to see the progress.

Good location, over priced for what it is, toilets were a bit dirty and bugs everywhere to be expected from a river town though. Powered sites were on nice grass but too smallMe and my crew had 1 powered site but the rest unpowered, unpowered sites were horrible no grass bumpy rock/mud and full of prickles, slept in better spots on the side of the road for freeIt's only real saving grace is its location but with a bit of TLC can't easily be so much better

Beautiful site, plenty of space on each site(ample room for large car, caravan, full sized annex and more!!), cheap and fair rates for power/water supplied sites. Beautiful and well maintained grass areas to park on. Very easy access. The place is very nice and quiet, so easy to relax. All public areas clean and respectful. The owner and his dog are so lovely and will often walk around the park to ensure everything is OK and to let you play with the dog. Best things about the park: less than 2 minutes walk from the river front picnic and park area. Not recommended for loud campers as rules do stat you will be asked to leave if you disturb the other campers by excessive noise, but yet again another reason why I loved it here, makes it so easy to relax.

We do not recommend coming to this park especially if you have children. The facilities are the dirtiest, filthiest most disgusting I have ever seen in my life. The managers attitude was an absolute disgrace. We were harassed by him and his dog. One of us is allergic to dogs and the manager allowed his dog to lick his face! When he said get your dog out of my face I am allergic the manager said Well if you don't like it pack up and leave!" RUDE AS!"
