Really disappointed, came here from Tugun specifically to listen to Beats Solo and studio, the Beats Solo weren’t on at all, the studio had the wires pulled out and didn’t work either. I asked to listen to a pair but was turned down. The response was they have been broken for a while.Pretty embarrassing for them and a waste of my time.Don’t put out broken display items it’s looks like a thrift shop.

Went there with a broken product and was in full right for a refund and they refused to give me a refund, I was completely calm and they were being extremely rude, I worked at McDonalds so I’ll always side with the worker ove there customer any day, but I couldn’t beleive that they were getting angry at me for just wanting a refund

What can I say my daughter wanted a iPhone 14plus they had it right colour right price after comparing with other's. But I also get my music record's vinyl CDs they have a great range of products from all the latest and popular brands in tech and their been around for a while now with good young people working the floor who know their products reasonably well...

Had a warranty return for a Garmin watch at the Tweed store, which unfortunately had no stock left so they sent me to Burleigh.The extra drive was worth it. (No shade on the staff at Tweed, they're always awesome).The staff were exceptionally helpful and enthusiastic.The whole process was pain free, which isn't always the case with warranty.

I bought a Go Pro 9 spent $660, and it wasn't working property . So, they sent it to repair and didn't get it fixed.I spoke to manager, he didn't help me with anything, just gave the phone number to call and said to try fix by myself.I wouldn't never come back to JB Hi-fi!!! Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I'll never shop there again. I ask for a price match on a camera, got in touch with a salesman, he agreed with the price match but when i went to the shop, he didn't agree with it anymore.He probably thought I'd get it anyway but i didn't.
