What an awesome business! We weren't sure what the problem was and Brendan and his team took the time to find the problem for us.. Professional, helpful, informative and didn't try to sell us on anything knowing we are on a tight budget. There help was much appreciated..I highly reccomend these guys!

I am thoroughly disgusted in this businessIn 2020 they replaced my bore pump with a smaller one claiming that the pump was over pumping. I asked for my old pump back because apparently it was fine. They kept my old pump which was a larger one and more expensive. I refused to pay the remaining amount of $626.00 to cover my loss of pump.I had in total over the past two years 3 phone calls. I explained each time to the girl on the other end the situation that they should give me a credit of the remaining balance. She assured me that Brendon who is the owner, would call me to sort out the situation. On each occasion he did not call me. I have never received a statement or outstanding account from Sweetwater Drilling. Yesterday I received a registered letter saying he intends to take out a caveat over my home to retrieve his money. I have sent emails since explaining the situation over again however he has chosen to ignore my emails. I will be taking legal action against them. Meanwhile my advice to anyone needing Bore work done take a wide birth from Sweetwater Drilling.

Can’t rate these guys high enough. Professional, prompt keen to get the right result for us.If you need a bore these are the guys.
