Good Service from Reception to Doctor. Highly recommend !

Practice manager (Jennifer) and reception at this clinic are completely incompetent. I waited 3 months to be given the correct script. I was told they would call me back and they would never call me. After a week or 2 passed and I hadn’t received a call I would ring them and they would have no idea what’s going on and you have to start again. This went on for 3 months. Because of them I was almost started on a medication that would have resulted in serious complications because they can’t pass on a simple message to the doctor. The practice manager Jennifer was completely useless as were the reception staff. They finally passed me onto my doctor who also had no idea this had been happening with one of her patients. She had no idea I hadn’t received or started any medication for 3 months after my initial appointment. (reception was very much aware of this issue) Avoid this place at all costs. Complete waste of your time and your money.

Extremely rude receptionist. The lady who performed the treatment charged me full price for half a tattoo removal (I asked her to only do half because it was taking so long, and she said she wouldn’t charge me the full price, but changed her mind once I got to reception). The treatment took over an hour for her to do, during which she left the room to make some phone calls, and she didn’t even numb the whole area. Don’t waste your money

Carla and her team are always a pleasure to visit! For a relaxing facial, an exciting new treatment or to buy some products, they are the ultimate professionals who are always happy to take the time so you feel like a VIP every visit!

After being completely frustrated with Dr's and Specialists handing me steroid creams for the eczema on my daughter's forehead and being told there's nothing else I can do about it, I stumbled across the Psoriasis and Eczema clinic on the internet and liked what I read so I thought I would give it a go. I am so glad I did as immediately my daughter's skin started to improve and less than a month in the eczema is barely noticeable. I am extremely grateful to Phillip for helping this desperate Mum out! Thank you!

I got the Q-switch laser and it took a grand total of 2 mins. I would expect a service which costs $350 to be a little more thorough and reassuring as has been my experience with similar treatments in clinics on the southeast side. My face wasn’t wiped down before receiving the laser and just a tiny bit of sunscreen applied afterwards

I really love Northcoast Medispa! The range of treatment is so vast! I feel like they have something to treat anything. They educate their staff so well, I can just mention something I’d like fixed and they have options for me whether it’s a skin cream, serum, in clinic treatment, etc. I see Cayla specifically, she’s awesome! But I’ve met some of the other staff there and they all just seem so lovely!
