I've ordered from this store on multiple actions with varying thoughts.The majority of burgers are tasty and have unique flavour profiles, but there are some that lack flavour and could benefit from improvements (especially considering their price). I strongly suggest steering clear of the super power salad since the flavours do not complement each other well and the chicken is usually stale. It's surprising that there are no combo deals available aside from kids deals (such as a burger and fries, or burger and salad).I've had some unfortunate negative experiences with timeliness and customer service. On one occasion I ordered takeaway and was told to wait in store as it's still being prepared. Almost 30 mins later I still didn't hear back despite seeing the same waitress walk past me multiple times. Once I enquired with another server, I was advised the food was ready (which was sitting on the shelf for the last 20 mins)! Some staff are absolutely amazing, and I'd hate for them to get a negative feedback because others let down the place.Overall the place is nice for a healthy alternative.

Placed an order through doordash. After 45 minutes door dash cancelled my order. After 1 &1/2 hours rang Grilld no one turned up from doordash to collect my order. Kyle from Grilld was amazing and very helpful. Finally after numerous phone calls doordash sent a driver. Received order 2 hours from ordering.THANKYOU TO GRILLD FOR EXTRA SWEET POTATO CHIPS. THANKYOU TO KYLE FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE. Great customer service and nice food.

You are gonna love it!! Good vibes! Burgers, chips & more chips! If you are vegan do not worry aboutiat, amazingg vegan options for you! Vegan burgers, snacks, etc. Keep the vibes up! Get the mix of chips (Zuccini, potato and sweet potato!)

Had purchased a Burger with chips, everything was fantastic as usual but they forgot my additional bacon for the burger. So I called up to tell them and was meet with great service as well as offering me another meal. Very satisfied with my experience.

They ran out of buns so cut my sliders in half. Charged me full price for them. The sliders themselves is were all bun and no fillings. Not impressed. This was about a month ago now...
