Blacktown Service Centre

I did my driving test after failing 4x at Silverwater!!!!There's such a massive difference between the two Services. In Blacktown, testing officers are warm and nice. They do not make you feel nervous and they talk to you. BTW, I will never forget my testing officer today. His name is NAV. He makes you feel relax and believe in yourself. Thank you so much NAV. I certainly won't forget your name. Continue doing what you are doing.

Absolutely amayzing experience today. I came to change my address to NSW service at Blacktown. I feel that they have improved their system for every services for the customer. One of the staffmember assign me to a computer to chenge the address my self in their system which is really impressive and it took me only 3 minutes to get it done. Thanks NSW service at Blacktown.

I received above and beyond service! I was having an error light appear randomly while driving which would cause my car to slow down and stop.The error was cleared by NRMA road side assist.While they fixed what they believed to be the issue, they couldn’t know if the error would return again without driving it around as the logs had been cleared. So they supplied me with a loan car, free of charge so that they could drive my car around to ensure that it had been fixed!I believed for such a premium service surely it would be a premium cost, but they only charged me for the part they replaced and not all of the extra time and effort they put in. And did not charge me for the loan car.I have never received such amazing service! They are 100% my new go to mechanics!To top it all of the customer service was amazing. Such friendly, funny and caring staff!

Alex went above and beyond to help out my son who bought a 15 year old European car. He sourced replacement parts at great prices, worked outside of standard hours and communicated work and costs in advance. Highly recommend these guys, I’ve been using them for years on a number of different vehicles

I would 100% recommend this mechanic. I had taken my car to my regular mechanic for 10+ years and when they changed ownership I looked for a new mechanic and found Blacktown Service Centre - I wish I had done this years ago! The service is reliable, professional and just great all round auto-knowledge. We take all our family cars here now and every time it is the same level of high quality service and detail. I feel confident that things are repaired properly and I'm not going to get stuck somewhere in my car because this mechanic checks everything PROPERLY! I don't usually write reviews but when you find a great service its worth sharing! :)

Took a driving test. The Instructor (Mr. Dominic) was extremely professional and made sure to calm my nerves. Appreciate his attitude. The overall process at the service centre was smooth.

I took my driving test this morning with Nav. He is excellent officer. He made me feel comfortable. I was not nervous as he was friendly and encouraged me that I can pass the test.
