Excellent! Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because many of the different colours of the jacket I was after didn't have the particular size I wanted, so had to settle for a less preferable colour.Still happy with my purchase though. The store is very tidy and the staff is friendly.

Good-Really good quality!!! I often wait on sale and buy. I bought a backpack for my kid and still looks brand new one after wash it. I love it.-Friendly staff.-Further discount if you are summit club member.-They are on sale often.-You can order online and pick up any branch.Bad-Expensive but good quality.

We had difficulties finding particular size and Belconnen staff were pretty good keeping 1 safe for us and staff were pretty good with information when I asked them for washing instructions

Good stock and size ranges. Dressing rooms are decently clean and mostly empty besides few previous tried on items. Not very many staff on hand so is hard to get assistance unless your paying for your purchases.
