Changing to 1 star.My wife and I live in a very small two bed apartment, we have minimal furniture as we only use one bedroom with the other being a study. Originally quoted 2.5 hours max at approximately $438.00. The mo ers were extremely lazy, there was always one mover stilling in the truck watching videos on his phone (who also tried to advertise his own moving company)As there was only one person moving things, he also tried lifting our 75 TV alone which was subsequently damaged and exerything was poorly secured in the truck

Entry gate not operational on 3 separate occasions. Called the after hours number with no help offered. Advice given ‘someone should be there at 0900’. Left at 0920 as on one showed up. Blaxland storage has been terrible since it was taken over by National Storage.

Called up the Northcote store to enquire for storage units, spoke to Ryan who sounded massively bogan, he did not understand a single word I was saying, and my English is very understandable to 95% of native speakers here. Horrible service. Goodbye National Storage, never again for me.
