28th of April 2023Used Pack and Send to have a parcel picked up in Germany and sent to Australia. Picked up at the german address Monday 24th of May at 2pm, delivered in Bunbury WA Friday 27th in the morning. I am again really impressed with the service Pack Send provides and the staff at the Bunbury office is extremely professional, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with.Used Pack and Send Bunbury to send a parcel to the USA during this challenging covid-19 situation. The parcel arrived as advised in one week, had a little delivery issue (no fault of Pack and Send) which they dealt with promptly and efficiently. Their service is impressive and I will certainly use them again.03.12.2020Used Pack and Send again to send Christmas gifts to my daughter in LA. Their service is outstanding on every level. I have used their services before and have always been happy. This time was a bit different. I was not only happy, I was delighted. Nothing is too hard for them. They take care of everything. Not only that, today I received a phone call from the proprietor, letting me know that my package had been safely delivered in Sydney. The price was very good and the delivery time was some 2 weeks quicker than Australia Post are doing at the moment. I'll be back, I'm sure. Thanks.

I took a photo and measurements into P&S Bunbury, WA office and obtained a quote. When I returned with “THE PROPHET” they remeasured the wooden sculpture and adjusted the quote downward.Having had the pleasure of house minding the sculpture for over 40 years, we were returning it to the sculptor, my brother Larry who lives in Canada.Larry had owned an art gallery for 25 years on Vancouver Island and was concerned about how the sculpture would be packed and the condition at journey end.His response on the THE PROPHET’S arrival was full of praise for the packaging, its style and the method used to pack and secure.This has been the second occasion I have used Pack & Send. I was very happy with the first occasion, but totally over the moon with my second. Excellent customer service.
