The staff are all friendly, professional and patient - I mostly interacted with Isaac, but my dad spoke with both Rosie and Peter over the phone and had a good experience with them as well. The whole process of moving was painless and stress-free thanks to Pack & Send, and I highly recommend this service to others!

Would give zero if I can , went in to pick up my parcel without even looking the staff straight up tell me it's not here yet when the instructions says to pick up after 10 am .Went in again and hour later , without even checking she yet again say it's not here yet .Then she claim it could be they already delivered the item but still leave a card , after i made it clear with her I received nothing hence why I m in here with the card , she then proceed to check the tracking only to realise the parcel is on their shelf all along .Very unprofessional, she can watch her phone but can't even read the tracking number and expect me to read it out for her instead .

I’ve had some technical issues with my express postage and was struggling to get answers from other centres, I just popped into the Bowenfels LPO to check the status and the lovely lady was right onto it and called me an hour or so later to let me know the update. Thankyou guys so much for your help today.

Buying a 32gb usb, the scanned price came up $12. After paying, the manager tells me the correct price is $30. They refund the $12 and manually charge me $30. On the way home I find same item on AusPost website listed as $12.

Very nice customer service, everytime i visist she always brings a smile to my face! Was shocked to see these bad reviews.

They are really friendly in person. However, neglected to send a reminder slip for a parcel (did not receive a missed delivery slip either from the post person initially either) and returned to sender in Europe without warning. Only found out because I went in to enquire if it had been help up in customs but it had in fact been sat with them for three weeks! Australia Post's hands are tied and cannot rectify the huge inconvenience and disappointment.They get very busy between 4pm and close.

Really worst service ever had the parced deliverd in depot for 4 days and its not delivered to house when went to pick up they says they still sorting the parcels and can't pick up as its not been sorted from them. Really never use Australia post use courier service better
