Walked in today with my partner to look at some headphones (just to gauge prices)Was greeted by a super helpful bloke named Rowan.He helped us with giving us open and honest opinion from his personal experiences as well as feedback from other customers.He showed us a range of headphones to help us make a decision, letting us test each one to make sure we got the pair that was right for us.What a true asset to your team. Hey, the customer service was absolutely amazing and I really appreciate it!I walked in with a full trolley groceries and my daughter sitting in the trolley. I had a list of items and the assistant took me around the whole shop to find everything. He went above and beyond. Thank you very much!

Purchased a new IPad with screen protector, and the company will not allow retail employees to set up the unit for elderly people, or put the screen protector on the iPad.Not happy!!

I bought a vacuum cleaner in February, it doesn't work now, I went back to the store, I wasn't sure I could get fast service, but it was beyond my expectation, the staff solved the problem very quickly and replaced it with a vacuum cleaner just like you and me, I highly recommend this place, the service is superb! If I had 10 stars, I'd give 10 stars

Located in Robina Town Centre.... opposite Kmart. There is a convenient carpark close by.Store is large and well stocked.....always busy. It seems to be well staffed.Works well for quick Click and Collect purchases

This store has recently been refurbished and is much easier to find what you are looking for. They are competitive and reasonably priced in most goods.Did prefer when the DVD and Blu-ray movies were separated from each other.Otherwise clean store and friendly staff.
