Brilliant in a word! My initial phone call from interstate on Wednesday was answered by John (Director of Allied PT). He knew exactly what I was talking about on my relatively uncommon dustless sander, and outlined probable issues with my sander problems and yes, they should be able to fix it whilst I was in Melbourne over the next two days! I dropped the sander off, met John the next day, he outlined likely timeline for inspection and suspected repairs. John rang me Friday midday confirming repairs needed, cost, and yes they could have it done for me to pick up that arvo. I picked it up from his friendly staff later on. All done and (hopefully) ready to do another 10 years of work. I could not be happier. John and his team were able to get the sander fixing in record time and I was able to take it back on the plane with me saving a week of postage time (and cost) to Tasmania. I would thoroughly recommend John and his great staff at Allied!

I had Astor make me some of their beautiful crossed flag lapel pins for the tour I organised to France. Everything was efficiently handled and the pins looked fabulous.If you have a chance to look around the premises, it is fascinating how many different products are made.
