Although not a hotel, or luxury bnb, this property is best described as country, rustic charm. Modest from the outside, the inside was a real surprise with quirky furnishings and gorgeous handcrafted manchester from around the world. The bathrooms adequate and entire house exceptionally clean. Beds incredibly comfortable.Service impeccable and the best thing of our stay, was the amazing food served for breakfast.

Hand'Kin shophouse" was operated without the landlords permission by a residential tenant. The tenancy agreement was terminated and the property has subsequently been completely renovated. It has not operated as a short term rental since 2017."

Not very good. Place needs a lot of maintenance and was promised the world and given very little in the way of service. Shower goes cold and hot constantly and then leaks up through the floor No aircon, no microwave, no screens on front and back doors. Made a really big mistake staying there. Sewerage was coming up through the shower in the ensuite and the manager Taci ignored our calls and then made us feel like it was our fault because we used toilet paper. There was no toilet brushes, no bins, no screens, cockroaches everywhere. A locsl tradesmen came to the door angry looking for Taci and asking for money she had failed to pay him. Dont waste your time. Beds were at last 30 years old and the place is full of cheap imported crap that she is trying to sell for a fortune.

We had a pleasant stay at this very quaint property. Lots of charm in a cute little town. We were served a great breakfast by the host. Nice and unusual decor, some of which was for sale.
