Very welcoming and helpful. As they didn't know exactly what was wrong with my phone, they said they would call me when they had looked at it. They rang me the next day with an estimate of the cost to repair. After I had given the go ahead to fix the problem it was about a day before it was ready to pick up. Great service, would definitely recommend.
