Amazing! My daughter has loved attending Masquerade Talent Studios for the past three years or so. What's great is that it is such a family orientated, fun, supportive and inclusive environment where no matter what skill level you are, you're given a chance to shine in your own unique way.

We hired a couple of beautiful 1920's dressed along with all of the accessories for a 20's boat party and were the best dressed on board for SURE! Mandy was absolutely wonderful and so helpful when putting together our outfits. The 1920's music in the background was the cherry on top! Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a costume!

I can’t speak highly enough about Mandy. I was a touch late to my appointment, she was so patient with me. There were a number of fabulous outfits to choose from, I tried on so many different dresses (some of them twice to make sure). Mandy was great at helping me select the perfect outfit for the party, plus the dress was beautiful; as were the accessories that went with it. I had a fantastic night at the party, and part of that was rocking up in a great outfit. Will go back for my next dress up party!

I spent the last hour searching for costumes. The staff announced they were closing in ten minutes, so I made a decision. At that time one staff was serving another customer, and the other was nowhere to be seen. I did three laps of the store to seek assistance, I was also juggling children, and enquired about included accessories, but the other staff member only appeared to say “we are closed”. I put my costume on the counter, and the staffer, said “it’s 530, we are closed, I won’t do the paperwork”. Either get more attentive staff, allow your customers to process an order up to closing time (as is done in most retail stores…), or be more clear that “we are closing in ten minutes, your order needs to be finalized now”. This service soured the fun of the experience, and frankly is the worst retail service I’ve experienced. No I won’t be back tomorrow. You won’t get my custom.

I can not recommend this shop enough! What an amazing experience, from my first step inside the shop, to leaving! Sophie was incredible! I was laughing and smiling the whole time! I was like a kid in a lolly shop with $2 back in 1980! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I spent an hour deciding on an outfit, and the girls didn’t rush me at all.. stood and chatted to me, helped me with my decision! Beautiful shop, Incredible costumes, great prices and the best bunch of staff, I’ve ever encountered! Well Done!

Great place if you're after costumes or accessories. The staff are very friendly too.

I hired a handful of styled wigs from Mandy for our Christmas Production. Mandy was super helpful, and great at communicating and sent heaps of progress photos throughout the process. The wigs were styled brilliantly and looked perfect. Would highly recommend Mandy

Fantastic customer service, reasonable prices, & a wide variety of costume choices. The lovely ladies in the store today went above & beyond to assist my search for a last minute costume, & as an introvert I appreciated the distance I was given to comfortably explore the shop for myself.
