Party store

I went to purchase balloons this afternoon, but unfortunately, the staff was very impatient and not helpful. Despite my efforts to ask for assistance, the staff member seemed annoyed and unwilling to provide any help. I found this experience to be quite disappointing, as good customer service is important to me. I would have appreciated a more welcoming and helpful attitude from the staff. Overall, my experience at this store was not a positive one, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others based on this encounter

I went to this store this morning to purchase two bubble balloons for my Neices birthday! She was extremely accommodating and had exactly what we were after!I support small business, as prior to this 15 minutes I went to Spot Light who were completely rude and unhelpful leaving me standing their for 15 minutes to be told they were too busy to blow up two balloons.So thank you for the balloons for the girls! I'm sure they will be extremely excited! Will purchase here again!

HiI went to this shop today to buy a gift, I decided to buy perfume, they had few testers , (next to the counter- inside ),I wanted to test and buy , as iam giving that as gift,I had one perfume bottle (tester) in my hand,it was tightly closed, I was trying to open , all of a sudden the old lady from the counter , came grabbed the perfume bottle from my hand, and placed in the shelf, she was very rude and was not listening what iam trying to say, ( because, she was very much interested to talk with her friend) , she acted as if iam going to take it and run away, this is the second time she is acting very rude, the young lady is very friendly.Very rude behaviour..

Great staff vibe, lovely owner who dealt with my balloon order with attention to detail. (the shop is absolutely adorable)Shop has so many cute products (for gifts/house decor) and it is definitely recommended if you are having a party.Highly recommended to shop for your next party stuff including great range of balloons!

Excellent chance of finding what I'm looking for. Huge range of products. Some items require clearer pricing. Staff can be abrupt.

They’re very helpful and professional staff members. Access to the store is even easier now after road upgrades. Plenty of parking available.

Thanks to Sally, my son Adam and all the kids at his birthday party had a great time. Although we didnt hire the sumo outfits we hired the jumping castle and bubble machine which the kids loved! Great service and friendly staff! Highly recommend them.
