They carry a great variety of products for all your birthday cake baking needs and even have a delicious selection of pre-made frozen and refrigerated cupcakes and icing! The store itself is easy to navigate to find what you're looking for and the staff are always friendly and eager to help too.

Have been to many costume shops around Victoria. This is the very first one to offer to take down my details and do a search for a costume I've been unable to obtain! Old school customer service at it's best.Was also able to assist with what I needed a little more urgently (available in store) at a reasonable price.Will be back again & highly recommend!

I love this shop - it has just about anything you can think of when it comes to a party - costumes, decorations, baking supplies, balloons. I could spend all afternoon just cruising the store checking out what is on the shelves.

Ordered an 80yr birthday balloon bouquet for my dad and am impressed at how long the regular balloons have lasted. A whole week before they started to come down and the foul numbers are still up. Ordered online and husband picked up. Quick friendly courteous service. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The BEST party shop I’ve ever been to! Drove from Melbourne to order balloons for my Dad’s 70th birthday. Customer service exceeded my expectations. When I was a bit unsure of colour choice I let the staff help and they did not let me down! Their prompt suggestions, patience with me (while I looked at many colour options) and overall help did not go unnoticed. If only they had a shop in Melbourne too!

A massive thankyou also for the amazing personal touch written on one of the balloons.Thank you for making a 94 year old and 91 year old really happy.
