Wineglass Bay Tours

My parents and I took this tour with Geno. We really enjoyed this tour from start to finish. Geno was extremely knowledgable, engaging, energetic and fun-- he did a great job of building a community with the various people on the tour. He also gave really interesting commentary and showed us countless beautiful spots along Tassie's east coast.The tour is organized thoughtfully with a good amount of stops and sightseeing opportunities. We saw pademelons, a wallaby, and Tasmanian rosellas on our day out, in addition to some sea birds. This tour was our best day in Tasmania, and we highly recommend it.

The bus arrived at 7.15 sharp, perfectly on time. Although we were just two people the trip was not canceled and I extremely appreciated since I already had past experiences of last-second cancellations.Our tour guide was Phil, who turned out to be probably the best guide I've ever had for any tour.We started our trip with a super interesting introductory video about Tasmanian wildlife.We did some stops on the way for pictures and refreshments before reaching the wineglass bay where we did a little hike to reach the lookout. Throughout the hike and the journey Phil have us an incredible amount of super interesting information, always kindly and thoroughly replying to all the questions I was asking. He was simply amazing for the entire trip.Absolutely recommended!!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing tour! The guide was great with everyone and he was so knowledgeable about Tasmanian history, culture, wildlife and the ecosystem.There are different routes available for those with different walking abilities- I did the longer walk down to the bay itself and loved it but the others that did the shorter walk said their day was great too!Best tour I have ever been on hands down, can't recommend this enough!!!

Tour was sensational, with spectacular panoramic views. Our guide, Phil, was very informative and entertaining. A great day exploring some of Tasmania's pristine coastline. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Geno is very knowledgeable about the area and it's history. We were a very small group of 6 people and all arrangements were fantastic. We were given multiple lunch options to choose from as a group, and even made a stop at Freycinet winery, which wasn't part of the itinerary. Geno went above and beyond. The one-day tour experience is amazing and memorable. It is a good chance to get close with the nature and wildlife. Geno is an excellent tour guide who always share knowledge about the plants and wildlife we have met during the tour, he is such a thoughtful guy who took pictures for every member in the team at the best position of Wineglass Bay. We truly love the experience!

Geno has been one the best tourist guides I’ve ever had. He not only knows a lot about the place and history but also is such a great person. We all had a lovely day thanks to him. The locations and scenery are spectacular but this guy made everything even better.

And above all he is very helpful and genuinely hoping everyone can have the most enjoyable experience during the trip!He is very informative and enthusiastic, and introduced us to different plants and animals during the trip. He also helped organized our trip flexibly according to the weather conditions.Lastly you may receive lovely surprises if Geno spotted wild animals anywhere anytime along the way, like what we got when we spotted a wild wombat and stopped by the side of the road on our way back to Hobart in the end of the trip.It is definitely a remarkable experience and I would love to join another trip with Geno again.
