Got charged twice for a product that was only $107, so I was charged $214 for it. I noticed this on my receipt and went straight back into the shop to ask why. The staff member told me they accidentally scanned the same product twice and that they would process the refund back to me. I was told that this refund what get put back instantly on my card otherwise it would take 24 hours.I still have not received my refund of $107. If I was someone that lived pay to pay $107 is a lot of money to be taken for no reason.Crazy how quick the money can be taken but then I have to wait multiple days for it to be put back into my account when it was a mistake of the staff member.Extremely disappointed with the service of the staff at Anaconda.If I could please be contacted with the exact refund policy and when I will be receiving my money that would be greatly appreciated.

Shout out to Cole. We are new to kayaking and his extensive knowledge made the process of selecting our kayaks heaps easier. From the best type of paddle and seating right through to straps and tie downs. Absolute legend.

I was so disappointed with the staff. After standing in the line for over 15 minutes. Only to notice the customer before us purchase over $500 dollars worth of ski gear to see they had left 3 of the gloves that they had purchased on the counter. The staff did not care at all and their only comment was oh well they will come back. My friend and I ran down to see if we could find the couple and we did. I knocked on their window and said did they purchases gloves and they said yes. They were so grateful that we let them know that they had not picked up the gloves. Anaconda this should of been you such bad service. If I could of given you no stars I would of. So two things you should of done was once you saw so many customers waiting to be served you should of called the at least 10 staff that were roaming around the store to counter. That would of stopped us standing there for 15 minutes to notice the lack of service that your staff provided for a loyle customer.

Went to purchase an airbed they had on sale on their website , showing 11 available. Got to the cash desk & they ran it up at full price even though the Make and model was exactly as advertised . The Trainee manager then said they only go by PLU , even though they don't advertise plu. If you are okay with terrible customer service & being fleeced, then this retailer will take every penny from you . It goes beyond training here as sadly they are being mislead by an unethical also incompetent manager!

On the 20th March during a stocktake we shopped for a variety of clothing suitable for various seasons.Karen, a new assistant provided well considered options to suit our needs.Well done Karen and thank you.

Staff on point. Products on point. You know a brand is winning at retail when you actually bother to join their mailing list. Bought a kids mountain bike (50cm) with a safety check from these guys. All up about $30 dearer than Kmart but twice the quality. Well done crew.
