Placed an online order on 21/04/2023. Between 21/04/2023 and 25/05/2023, I attempt to communicate with the online representatives including Sam, Ron and Bella. After 34 days of waiting, I was able to receive 2 items out of 5 items I ordered. The rest was refunded for them not having the items in stock. After 34 days of waiting, they conveniently informed me that they would refund me.Cons:- After 34 days of waiting, they informed me that they do not have the item I ordered in stock.- My patience is wasted.- The online enquiry takes around 3 days. The reply does not have any substance other than asking you to be patient, and the usual excuses.- 5 items ordered and 2 items came.- Giving you false hope.Pros:- At least they partially refund the item and apologise.Would I use the online decathlon again? I suggest staying away.

One of the best sporting goods store on the east coast. It's very well stocked and has just about everything you need. It even had a good selection of dive weights and spear guns. The best bait!!!

Great service on finding the right fit but also making sure I was comfortable in the shoe and happy. I tried on about 6 different styles until I found something that felt like walking on clouds. Thankyou to the team here A++

Great service and very accommodating. I had an issue with a pair of arch support thongs which they swapped over and sorted out immediately. Would recommend for sure.

The only thing more impressive than their knowledge and expertise is their incredible customer service. You can tell Julian and his team genuinely love what they do and care that their customers do, too. If any of their energy rubs off on the shoes then The Running Company Ballarat are sending out PBs too.

Went in looking for AirMax 90’s. Very little Range. What I was willing to settle for the plain white ones they hadn’t any in my size only a size to large and the Ones with the colours that I dislike the most they only had in a half size to small. Unimpressive, customer service was 3 1/2 out of 5 when asked where I might be able to find other colour variations of the airmax90s I wasn’t able to get much information to point me in the right direction

14 April 2023 at around 1715: Just waited for over 10 minutes to be served. Two male staff at the register wouldn’t move from their location to serve us (family of 4) even after they noticed us waiting. They were just gossiping and scrolling in the phones. We had to awkwardly walkout as if we weren’t interested. We have travelled over 15kms with the hope getting well-fitted shoes. Owner/manager can review the cctv recording to see what the staff were doing when customers were waiting to be served. They may have felt really comfortable to ignore us as we weren’t “Australian-looking”.

Super helpful people who're very capable of providing the correct fit. A good range of shoes including Nikes.

These guys need all the business they can get after the collossal losses from Lismore floods.

Customer service is excellent. Could of got wat i needed at another store i went to but there customer service was lacking to say the least. Staff here are excellent.
