I found the service and knowledge of Steve to be excellent and extremely helpful. The Hoka‘s he put me onto are the most comfortable shoes I have worn for a very long time. I am confident I got the right shoes although originally intending to get Asics, I tried them at the store, and in comparison to the Hoka‘s, found the Hoka‘s Much better. Thank U Steve.

Cannot recommend The Running Company more highly! Very stress free and enjoyable experience as I had an appointment booked prior to going (free of charge) so they were very patient and let me take as long as I needed to feel comfortable before making a purchase. Staff are very polite and have a lot of knowledge so I was offered plenty of suitable shoes to try for my feet and ended up leaving with a great pair that I have now been wearing for a month and are the comfiest shoes I’ve ever had! I believe it was Bec that helped me, she was amazing!

The service is above and beyond.I’ve been running my whole life and always just bought the same shoes each time. Having my form assessed on a treadmill then being presented with options that will work for my foot and goals. I loved getting to test drive them on the treadmill then talking with a professional about how that shoe was performing for me.Thanks Mike and team!

Love the Running Company in Lilydale. Bec, Steve and the team are always so welcoming and friendly. Great range of not just shoes but everything a runner needs, both road and trail and always help me out with advice for my next upcoming race too.Highly recommended and worth the visit to go and see them.

Bought my first pair of runners today and was super impressed with the product range and the knowledgeable staff (thanks Ash!) who made sure I found the perfect runners for my odd foot shape and size, also the type of walking I do (roads & trails).These guys really know their stuff and take great care to find the right shoe for each individual customer….nothing is too much trouble and the customer service is first class. The shop has a great range and is really well set out. Highly recommended!
