Phenomenal service! Not only did they have the sunglasses I wanted that I literally couldn't find anywhere else in the world, they shipped them within an hour (not just label created ... actually shipped!). Shipping itself was also fast (thank you Australia Post). Took longer to clear customs here than to get to the US. Would definitely purchase from Pure Running AUS again!

I emailed the company after some advice on new shoes for road running. I was nervous buying shoes online and untried but due to Covid lockdown I had to. The staff member answered quickly and gave me excellent advice and some good options. I had many questions and they were all answered promptly and professionally and they were super helpful. They special ordered the colour I wanted and the shoes came really quickly (and I love them!!! The advice they gave was all perfect). I even ordered some socks afterwards and they looked after me by shipping it all together. This place is great and I will definitely be back and will be recommending it to everyone!
