This procedure was very efficient, done in under 10 mins with no pain! I was very suprised! Dr Cashion and his staff are the best for a reason!

I cannot more highly recommend both Zoe & Sam at Costal wellness cottage. I saw Zoe for my acupuncture labour preparation over 4 weeks and I had 3 pregnancy massages with Sam.Both ladies were incredibly professional and took in depth medical & pregnancy history and checked for any changes between appointments, and their treatments were tweaked to suit me and my concerns.Zoe has built a welcoming and supportive space for women to find a wide range of health practitioners, their treatment rooms & cottage are absolutely beautiful with a calming effect as soon as you walk in.
