Geoff and Jamie were amazing. For a procedure that’s totally foreign and somewhat confronting they handled it, and me, with care and respect. The whole 10 minutes was filled with jovial conversation that served as a calm distraction from the “work”. No question went unanswered, at no stage did I feel anxious. A well oiled machine, the team and Geoff put me totally at ease for probably the most vulnerable position I've ever put myself in. The procedure was quick but not rushed, and in a relaxed atmosphere to put my mind at ease. Dr Cashion is a highly skilled doctor in performing the vasectomy surgery. Everything from the start to end was seamless. I rocked up at the Enmore Medical Centre and like going to your regular GP, I waited in the waiting room, and a few minutes later, went into a consult room and had a quick chat. Next, I went into the surgery room and within about 7 minutes, the whole procedure was done—both tubes cut and the ends sealed!! I waited in a other room for about 20 minutes and without any issues, I went back to my car and drove away! There was some pain during the first 2 weeks; all very manageable and for the first few days I used a frozen bag of peas for relief. After about a month, you could barely see the scar and 3 months later, I did the sperm test and confirmed the surgery was successful. The communication and follow-up was top notch. All patients are given Dr Cashion's direct number for any concerns, which was very reassuring. Thank you Doc!

End to end, the process was made super easy. Procedure was quick, recovery was fine, post operative instructions clear and well laid out- faultless! Thanks Geoff and team.
