I cannot more highly recommend both Zoe & Sam at Costal wellness cottage. I saw Zoe for my acupuncture labour preparation over 4 weeks and I had 3 pregnancy massages with Sam.Both ladies were incredibly professional and took in depth medical & pregnancy history and checked for any changes between appointments, and their treatments were tweaked to suit me and my concerns.Zoe has built a welcoming and supportive space for women to find a wide range of health practitioners, their treatment rooms & cottage are absolutely beautiful with a calming effect as soon as you walk in.

I look forward to my acupuncture appointments with Zoe. I am always deeply rested when I leave. Zoe has been able to use her skills to stop my menopausal hot flushes, migraines, digestive issues and back pain. I love that there is a solution to all these symptoms without the use of medication. Thanks Zoe, you are a Godsend.

I've been to the Costal Wellness Cottage to see Zoe and Sam for moxibustion, remedial massage, cupping and for acupuncture.I have a few rare and exotic conditions that no one has heard off and for many years it has caused a considerable amount of chronic pain and I wanted to get off the pharma stuff, well as much as I could and look at alternative options for pain relief and relation.I first met Zoe around 2018 and had booked in an appointment to see her, sadly I cancelled it as I had to have another brain surgery…..long story.Anyhooo I followed up with Zoe a few months post-surgery at the start of 2019 and we discussed at length my history, symptoms, situation, needs and lifestyle. I wasn't sure about acupuncture at first and told Zoe that I did have a negative experience before with another person in Sydney but that was more down to my rare condition and not acupuncture itself and wanted to look at other methods to treat my illnesses.From the opening minutes of our initial session, I knew I was in good hands, I found that Zoe listened very carefully and took detailed notes of my medical history and was able to offer up suggestions and treatment options for pain management. Zoe was easy to engage with and keen to get to the root and explore the best healing and treatment for me.I felt she asked the right questions and was really interested in my rare conditions and wanted to help.Zoe’s precise and deep combination of acupuncture / cupping and massage is healing and empowering in many ways.I have been doing much better the last year, but if I have start feeling under the weather, exhausted, tired or just plain worn down, I call them for a tune-up.I have found both Zoe and Sam to be very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are both very dedicated to helping their patients.I can fully recommend Zoe and Sam’s services at the Costal Wellness Cottage without hesitation, as they genuinely want to make you better and improve your health!

She really does think holistically about your situation and she followed up with me with me via email throughout my treatment. I decided to see Zoe for acupuncture at 36weeks as I was being induced at 39weeks based on past history. I wanted to try and prepare my body as much as possible to reduce the need for interventions.All the doctors and midwife’s were super impressed with my cervix and how I laboured. I was able to bypass parts of the induction!The space is stunning, Zoe made me feel comfortable and I throughly enjoyed the little nap whilst the needles worked their magic.Thankyou!

I have had acupuncture before, but never have i experienced such a holistic approach to the practice which made me feel so supported and at ease through my sessions.
