Cold Krush Store/ Gallery

I've paid the exact amount of money they asked me, by bank transfer (70 Euros, plus taxes). Then, they told me that they've forgot from the total amount about 25 Euros, for the shipping costs. So, i've sent them the missing amount of money (plus taxes). They told me they never received the second bank transfer. Then, i've received no more answers. I've ask to sent me back the money. But none answer me back. At least two months have passed. I've lost over 100 Euros. THank you, it was a treat! Hope to get my money screwed again by you.

Great selection of Turntables, too many to choose from. The owner gave me a great deal for my dads birthday. If you are in the need of a turntable I would definitely recommend Urban Records. Plus having Urban Depot at the back I got his birthday card at the same time.

Honestly this was the worst time I've ever had online shopping for vinyl. Ordered a vinyl listed as available now" only to find out about the minimum 14 day shipping which is ridiculous for any business. Had to raise a claim on paypal as they refuse to pick up their phone or answer emails. Have no idea how they're still in business with the horrible lack of communication and misleading website.Update: refund was promptly provided at the end of the week. However
