Great service and friendly

Their post install service and manner is horrendous.More than a year down the track our pool fence has twisted. Upon contacting Sunline they just continually accused us of misuse which was not true. Upon further investigation I have discovered their poor installation of one panel to be the cause.I will be repairing this myself because I no longer want to deal with these people an advise you not to.

Chris did a fantastic job on the stains on the pool. He was very helpful and friendly and very reasonable price compared to other places I had contacted. Can honestly say he went above and beyond what I have been used to with other pool shops

Contacted North Shore Pools about a pool build later in the year. Initially I received a prompt response with an indicative price.I responded to arrange a site visit and formal quote to progress the build but didn’t get a response. Followed up again 2 weeks later and now almost a month later I’ve still had no follow up email or even a phone call.All pool builders are flat out right now but to not even have the courtesy to respond to 2 follow up emails, even just to say they’re too busy to take on new work, is totally unprofessional. Meanwhile, they’re still regularly advertising on Instagram looking for work.Thankfully I’ve since found and engaged a professional pool builder that understands basic customer service.

Poor customer service, don't turn up for appointments as promised or return calls.

So so impressed with the customer service from here. I ordered a start up kit for my spa, the shopping experience was easy and seamless. I received an email from Josh extending his thanks and letting me know he was there for any support which I thought was lovely! My package arrived quickly with no issues with a hand written note thanking me for my order. It really is those small little touches that make shopping with a family run business so great. I won't be shopping anywhere else for any of my spa products! Great work guys.
