Great prices, support and ordering process. Being somewhat of a novice, the Build Your System guide made putting together my ideal setup easy, informative and stress-free - ensuring I added all the required components to plug and play. When I'd selected an amp that wouldn't do justice to my selected turntable and speakers, the team got in contact and suggested an upgrade (in a super un-salesy way). Post sales support has been great as well. Highly recommended.

Guy, Theo and the team at Instant Classic are the best! Their knowledge of audio equipment (both vintage and the latest technologies) is second-to-none. I contacted them when I wanted to downsize my original large stereo system (box speakers, amp, turntable) but wanted to keep the turntable (as it is such great quality compared to the newer, portable, mainly plastic versions available now) as I have a vinyl collection. I wanted to know if there was a way for me to make my older turntable connect to my new Bluetooth speakers. They recommended the awesome Pro-Ject Phono Box E BT5 which did the trick. Even after I actually ended up buying the box from another retailer closer to where I live, they continued to help me set it up over the phone and troubleshoot it with me as I had trouble connecting it because they're awesomely nice people :) How's that for genuinely helpful, sincere customer service – even when I haven't bought anything?! That's so rare to find these days...Whether you contact them via website, email or phone they're always so responsive, patient and generous with their time. Everyone who works there is so genuine and their love for what they do shines through. I plan on becoming an Instant Classic customer in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. Bought a full set up from Instant Classic and everything was perfect. Had some set-up issues as I’m not familiar with the tech so spoke to Theo on the phone. He was so patient with me and talked me through everything until I got it working. Amazing service and so happy with the setup. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I purchased a full record player, with amp and speakers. I am a complete novice and had no idea what to purchase or how to set up and the Instant Classic crew made it super easy and we're unbelievably patient in assisting me to trouble shoot bluetooth connectivity issues.I love my set up.
