Arrived at 7:30pm to get food, girl in the shop said she has already packed up for the night… maybe change the hours on your store front and online if your staff are not going to serve customers 30 minutes prior to your advertised closing time.

Ordered via uber 19 April … was sent wrong order, upon searching for contact number found no landline only mobiles … called both and left messages … no reply .. I received order for “ben” … he probably got my order … if you stuff up own it and dont ignore your customers … I buy from you 2-3 times a week as I work in the Banyo retail centre. I will not buy fromYou again.

Worse ever snap pack I have ever had. Meat wasn’t properly maintained and ships wasn’t cooked and oily. Asked mixed Snap Pack with no chicken in it. Put chicken meat in my Snap Pack when I went to tell him that and started to argue with me. Meat was so smelly

I'm a regular customer of Zaza kebab banyo. In my opinion these are the best kebabs in Brisbane, also do hot chips better than most fish n chip shops. Highly recommend!

Just happened to work in the area and pop in for a afternoon snack. Wow the kebab was best I ever tasted and excellent value for the price . Great service as well . Must go back and have another one soon. Bicycle repairman.

Terrible attention to detail, I love a good kebab box from time to time but sadly this place is a waste of time and money, constant issues with food safety “using ingredients you have requested not be used” in my case cheese as I’m lactose free. And yet they continue to ignore dietary requirements and don’t seem to care when you try to address the issue actually they just outright ignore your call and messages.I have wasted to much time on this store don’t do the same steer clear of this store.The lady from the store has since called me to tell me I will not be getting a refund due to my review funny how they have time to reply when they have an issue!!!
