Heard about Noble Oak from a friend who shared with us that they offer good price. We happened to be shopping around for a different life insurance as we’re paying quite a lot for our current one. Got a call from a sales consultant, Kar, who is really friendly, helpful, and supportive (a plus point for saying our names, especially mine, effortlessly - not a lot of people can). She took the time explaining in details all things we’d like and need to know. Got the first two months free as well, and was informed that we can nominate date for the monthly payment. Haven’t had the experience as we just signed up (hence the four stars) but all in all a good one so far

They are super helpful. Outstanding customer service. Always act in the best interest of the client. Now I have a few policies with them. Check with them if you are looking for insurance for the first time or just look for better cover!

I had the pleasure in working with Suzy at Yellow Brick Road West End late 2014 - early 2015.Having just come over from England into a new country all on my own, she took me under her wing and helped me on my feet and on my journey within Brisbane.Suzy helped me with understanding what superannuation was and proceeded in helping me set up a Retire Right account so I could start accumulating that super.She would work around the clock, Monday to Saturday, and I can bet even Sundays, helping customers. Whether that be helping them with their finances, their superannuation, re-mortgaging or first time home buyers, Suzy would always go up and beyond.Many customers who came into Yellow Brick Road West End, were first time buyers and didn't really know what sort of home loan they could get/afford/existed. Used the services of a representative of Shartru Wealth at Bribie Island Qld. Paid a lot of money up front and got very poor advice. Ask for refund and they refused. Do not use these people.
