Key duplication service

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Joseph this morning from Auto Key Spares Automotive. He was so helpful and offered competitive pricing after we had looked into obtaining a few quotes. We will definitely use them again should we need any further assistance in the future.

Had keys cut for a rental property and had to go back to have them fixed.They open at 9 am and I was there at 9:05 am.The guys said: Don't come at 9 am I'm never here".Well guess what......going somewhere else then."

I had two car keys cut from a blank stock, one for each car. However, neither of the keys would operate the door locks. Original keys worked. Took them back and they did not refund the exorbident amount originally charged. They said that they had done what was asked; that is cut the blank keys. I suggested it would be also good if they also worked as there was no point having the keys cut otherwise. I will never go ther again.

Great service, fixed my broken shoe zipper quickly. This was my second time at the shop because the first glue fix didn't hold. So I was happy they did the fix again without charging me, this time the fix was done with a metal rod rather than glue for a stronger hold. Would recommend and go back again.

My Nana came in yesterday to have the battery of her watched changed, seeing as her watch wasn't working anymore, and was told by an employee in his mid 30s that it wasn’t the battery that needed changing, but the actual watch itself that needed fixing. Today my Nana left to visit the Noosa civic Mister Minit, and decided to show her watch again just in case. The employee at the Noosa civic branch discovered there was no battery in the watch upon inspection, and furthermore, when placing a new battery in the watch, found that the watch functioned perfectly fine. Was hurt to see my Nana mislead like this, the watch is very valuable to her and she was disheartened when she thought the watch broken.

Ian and Sara went out of their way and spent considerable time to problem solve my car key issue. thank you so much.
