Awesome service from these guys. I needed the shocks on my van replaced after just arriving in Tassie. They were super helpful and arranged over night freight for the shocks. Got a call from them the next day and they were installed that same morning. Can't get better than that. Very personable service all round. Highly recommended.

Steve fitted a towbar on my work vehicle today. Just awesome! Price and service were both impressive.After shopping around, this was by far the best value in Ballina to get my towbar fitted.Update:I only just noticed that when the wiring was done, he pulled all the plastics off and snapped all but two clips holding the panels in place. Obviously he knew he did this, would have preferred he told me and worked it out.

Rang them this morning, to see if they had rear truck spring for my old Benz 2435, that was made in 1991, had them in stock, they were great over the phone, and awesome when l showed up to get my spring, very satisfied customer.

The guys at Sydney Suspension go over and above. A normal service is done better then the rest. They check everything and the communication is exceptional. Even helped me with something that had nothing to do with them. Highly recommended.

They don't back their product, bushes shot after 26,000 K & they don't want to know. Will uses OZ TEC for our customers vehicles in future.Finally took time off work & lost money to sort this out, the second photo is of the left side eyes bushes they basically fell out as they where split in two pieces as you can see. The right where in two pieces also, I wonder why they where so noisy & you could feel it over every bump it was not right. The shackle bushes where no where near as bad only two where worn, don't want any future problems so bin all of them.Did some investigation on this issue & was told by a number of our other suppliers they know, as this company went to a cheaper oversea's supplier for their bushes & this is what happened. You get what you pay for, we all know that. The bushes are not that expensive, when compared to the labor to do the job or to rectify it. When most suspension up grades are around $3 K you think the components would last as long as the factory product which is designed to last for five year unlimited K's as long as you are not thrashing the vehicle & maintaining services ect. Anyway the vehicle is fit for purpose now.

Alan is a extremely competent and knowledgeable trades person.He did a fantastic job on our caravan cruisemaster suspension so the van now tracks correctly.

Whilst i was in Cairns in November I needed to have a extra leaf in my rear springs, these guys at the Spring works accommodated me without hesitation, I would recommend these guys for any work you need done while there,Thanks again for professional service
