Had the most amazing experience dealing with michael from WA Air Springs, he gave me lots of info and installation tips. After incorrectly routing an airtube and asking if I could purchase another one he supplied one for free, aswell as some spacers to help the airbag. Amazing customer service and incredibly knowledgeable - will recommend to everyone and will myself only use them.

Ian went well out of his way to ensure I got a airbag install kit for my Isuzu Mux before I headed up north towing a van. He even run me through the fitting instructions and gave me a some good advice on what not to do when I fit them. This store is really customer focused and I can't thank them enough, I definitely recommend them.

Nothing but a fantastic experience with the head branch in Queensland I damaged a airbag my fault for not extending the bump stops rung them up for another bag and within 24hrs I was fitting the air bag. Not bad when you live on the other side of Australia excellent record keeping and your service is what other companys should have a look if they cared about their customers
