Hired a vacuum for one day and got charged 100 bucks for the day and 50 bucks for being an hour late. Pretty expensive for a 200 dollar machine. It was handed to me in filthy condition and I only used it for 5 mins. Terrible service, will not be back

Darryn did a fantastic job of a cut & fill and small retaining wall. We had contacted lots of other businesses for quotes and they were either completely unresponsive or too busy to even quote. Darryn was prompt & professional and his pricing was reasonable. Nice guy, highly recommended.

The equipment is a little cheaper than the other companies, but you pay for it with equipment that is poorly maintained. On top of that they charge you for stuff after you’ve returned the equipment without even telling you. You only find out later when you look at your bank statement, they keep your details and use you card without your knowledge.they say a trip to the servo will fix this, but I had the machine for a whole week and I stopped and filled up at the servo next door before I dropped it off. Some how they’re squeezing in another couple of litres in after I leave, using a jerry can, guessing how much went in and charge the premium price for the desiel, I’m not even mad, just disappointed.

Booking was easy considering it was next day hire, return was easy, customer service was great. Don’t expect them to stick around for even a few minutes after close time, but they have families to get home to, so respect that and you will have a great experience. Price is good, make sure you have the right generator or extension leads etc before hiring. Ask the questions, they are happy to answer.
