Took months to recivie my referral, had to wait another week or two for someone to just tell me we will decide if we wanna take you on" - then told they would just to wait longer for an appointment

Dr Nicola Cook is kind, caring, warm, and understanding with great listening skills. She keeps up to date with research and can give you cortisone injection in surgery if appropriate. She has always been available if I am having a difficult time.

Great environment, friendly staff. We've been taking one of our sons here for a while for Speech Pathology and Michelle has been incredible! Our son is quite busy, he doesn't like to stop. Michelle is always so accommodating and goes out of her way to make him feel comfortable (he doesn't take to people he doesn't know very easily) and also to be playful enough to keep him engaged with her while she works. We had our last session last week and have seen amazing improvement in our boy. Thanks for your help guys!

Rheumatologist Dr Andrew Foote is a deeply caring man who always listens attentively to patient concerns and responds with empathy and intelligence. He works hard during each appointment to bring an optimum result for his patients. Andrew has worked hard to build relationships with other specialists, and is consequently well placed to refer his patients on if need be. When I presented to him with a constellation of neurological symptoms, he worked hard to assist in my diagnosis and prepared a barrage of tests results for my neurologist. Andrew has access to a wide range of therapies and, working in concert with other specialists, offers his patients an excellent team approach. He is held in high esteem by doctors and physicians at many large hospitals, which, as a patient, is beyond reassuring. A+++++

Smooth and positive process of making an appointment by phone. The entire process - reception, consultation, payment - was efficient and the consult punctual. The consultation (dermatology) was very satisfactory and I shall return for further treatment.

This is the first time I have visited the Goulburn Health Hub. My visit to see a specialist was a dream. Checking in was quick and the staff attentive.I didn’t even have time to sit down as the Doctor was running early. In terms of seeing the specialist, that was also great. A excellent Doctor who was personable, thorough and made my experience as pleasurable as a visit to a Doctor can be. There should be more like her.Also needed support from the nursing staff and the nurse I saw was equally as professional.

I ll never go back there, the doctor think was Chinese had no clue what I wanted and was not prepared to help. It actually span him out, not sure he even understood what was going on.Ladies out the front super nice and helpful though. I think some asian or foreign doctors need more education to practice here.

I had an appointment set with Dr Lim for end of June. I received a phone call to reschedule the appointment only to be told the earliest time is now November. Very uncaring and unprofessional when dealing with people in chronic pain.Update - Hailey from BJC contacted me and she has worked it out so I am able to get in this week. She was very apologetic and this miscommunication has been sorted out now.
