I had an appointment set with Dr Lim for end of June. I received a phone call to reschedule the appointment only to be told the earliest time is now November. Very uncaring and unprofessional when dealing with people in chronic pain.Update - Hailey from BJC contacted me and she has worked it out so I am able to get in this week. She was very apologetic and this miscommunication has been sorted out now.

Long story short? One fantastic clinic, with very empathetic and knowledgeable staff that truly do offer 'connected care'! In particular, exercise physiologist Sarah Comensoli (pictured on the far left of the image). Consultations with her since my hospital and rehabilitation discharges (after suffering a severe traumatic brain injury in 2012), had evolved from learning simple body weight exercises, to performing long distance training runs, all in pursuit of my passion for endurance sports! I'd take my hat (or headband) off to her, for her specific, achievable, and realistic advice in meeting goals! :D

The team at BJC health have all been great, admin are very helpful, freindly & patient.The appointments I have had with Dr Kate Celkys have been invaluable! Due to her thorough investigations, physical assessment & interest in my medical history. In just two appointments over one month Dr Kate Celkys has been able to provide me with a diagnosis that explains my complex history of medical ailments, that I have struggled to find answers for over two decades of seeing doctors. Her reccomendations have also made further investigation & treatment for me possible. I am very grateful for the care I have received here.

Excellent Service! The staff are warm , friendly and highly trained professionals.I went to Belinda at BJC Health, for physiotherapy, due to severe pain and swelling in my neck. She was extremely helpful and obviously very good in her treatment since I experienced a lot of relief after each session! After going for 5 sessions with her, my neck is much better and back to normal.I am now attending exercise physiology sessions with Sarah, who is helping me with my exercise workouts for strengthening my body muscles. I have been doing this for a couple of weeks now and I'm already feeling the difference!I'm glad that I decided to go for help to BJC Health! Belinda and Sarah are amazing in their work and also very warm, caring and friendly !

I've been seeing Belinda for a few months now for various injuries - the treatment is effective and the exercises/advice she gives me has been helping a lot. BJC have also been very responsive and flexible in rescheduling my appointments where necessary. Would definitely recommend.Edit: 1 year later I'm attending for different injuries and have been seeing Scott Taylor on a regular basis, his knowledge and attention to detail has helped me progressively recover post-surgery. He's made a conscious and significant effort to regain range and strength in my arm and he's also made himself available via email where required. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need.

Referred by a friend of a family member for my wife after having reaction to Covid Vaccine. The doctor we are seeing is brilliant highly recommended. Its taking time but my wife is slowly getting back her health. Autoimmune Disease its what they call it when they dont know what the so called vaccine to your body.

The staff at the reception are always pleasant, even over the phone. Saw Dr Kate for my back pain; she genuinely listened to all my concerns and was able to give me the proper medication and tests that I needed to start my recovery. Thank you!
